Client: Redrow Homes

We started work at New Quay road in August 2013, the site is a joint venture between Redrow and Barratt homes. The site comprises of over 380 houses made up roughly 50/50 between the two developers. RCS are to provide roads and sewers to the Redrow section of the site. Our contract includes:

• 150mm dia foul sewers
• 300/600/750mm dia surface water sewers
• Foul connection onto existing 2100mm dia sewer 6m deep
• Setting up compound for Redrow
• Initial role as principle contractor
• Cast in-situ headwall on 600mm surface water sewer
• Approximately 4700m2 of road
