In August 2012 we started work on a site at Southern commercial on Buckshaw village. The site, for Redrow, comprises of 67 plots and we are to provide roads and sewers throughout the site. Our contract includes:
- 150mm dia foul sewers
- 150/225/450/525mm dia surface water sewers
- Approximately 1900m2 of adopted road
- Approximately 320m2 of private road
- Large manhole for surface water connection (3m diameter ring) at 6m deep
- 525mm diameter backdrop for surface water sewer
- Large manhole for foul connection 6m deep
- Large attenuation pond
- Approximately 1200m2 of public footpath
- Stone for two large play areas
- Landscaping around pond and surrounding public open space
